Job summary

West Melbourne Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead daily clinical operations within a skilled nursing setting. You will mentor nursing staff, coordinate care, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.

You will oversee rounds, assessments, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• At least one year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate care across multiple disciplines and departments.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities
