Symphony Care Network is hiring a Unit Manager - Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead our Transitional Care Unit. The role focuses on setting nursing standards, developing care policies, and ensuring top-quality patient care for each guest.

The Unit Manager will provide orientation, training, and in-services, and supervise CNA/Nurse staff to maintain a collaborative and compliant care environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nursing service objectives, standards of nursing practice, and the nursing policies and procedures manual to provide the most appropriate and comprehensive care to each guest in the Transitional Care Unit
• Provide orientation, training, and in-services
