Regalcare has an immediate opening for a Licensed Unit Manager at our Sudbury facility. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the management of all nursing units and for directing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes oversight, staff mentorship, and ensuring residents’ comfort and safety. This is a full-time position with responsibilities including rounds and potential Med-Cart coverage, within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing license
• Supervisor experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees all nursing staff and provides instruction and support.
• Regular rounds to monitor quality of resident care.
• Ensures residents are comfortable and all care needs are met.
• May cover on the Med-Cart as needed.

• Makes frequent rounds to oversee the quality of direct resident care.

• Ensures residents are comfortable, secure and all their needs are being met.

• Duties may include coverage on the Med-Cart
