Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN or RN license.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow on the assigned unit.
• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, RNs, CNAs).
• Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
• Review and update care plans, documentation, and clinical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care updates.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Support infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and state/federal regulations.
