Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to provide leadership and oversight on one of our skilled nursing units. Weekend shifts are required, with competitive pay and flexible opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on an assigned skilled nursing unit.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other members of the care team.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure changes are communicated appropriately.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate unit coverage.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Address resident and staff concerns promptly and appropriately.

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to provide leadership and oversight on one of our skilled nursing units.
