Responsibilities

• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding changes in condition and care needs.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Review nursing documentation and ensure accurate and timely charting.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and resident-focused environment.
