Job summary

Sanford Health and Rehabilitation seeks a Unit Manager of Nursing to oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and supervise staff. You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities to maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead the development and maintenance of Nursing Policies and Procedures, ensure PDRs and state/federal regulations are current, and uphold SHR policies at the nurses station.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the day to day nursing functions.
• Participates in developing, maintaining, and updating Policies and Procedures pertaining to the nursing department.
• Ensures PDRs, federal and state regulations and SHR policies are current and maintained at the nurses station.
