Job summary

Sanford Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations. You will plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the day-to-day nursing functions within the unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and SHR policies.

The role requires leadership in developing and maintaining nursing policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining current PDRs and regulatory compliance at the nurses station.
