Valley Falls Terrace in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for the Unit Manager role. You will lead nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and build strong relationships with peers and families.

This full-time, on-site position offers an hourly pay range of $30.00–$37.00 and opportunities to mentor staff, drive service excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement within the unit.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Work together with the Director of Nursing to:
• Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families,
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit
• Attract and retain top preforming, talented team members
• Supervise and career coach existing team members within their assigned unit.
