Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, high-quality and cost-effective health care on your unit while achieving outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage for safe care.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs and develop training with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management per company policy.
• Provide direct patient care alongside other unit nurses.
