Job summary

Exceptional Living Centers seeks a Unit Manager - LPN at Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN. The role leads daily clinical operations, supports staff, and ensures high‑quality resident care.

You will supervise nursing teammates and guide assessments, care plans, and medications, while promoting wound prevention and best practices. Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 5 years in long-term care and 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role.
