Job summary

Charlestown Place in New Albany, IN is seeking a Unit Manager/Wound Care Nurse to lead daily clinical operations on the nursing unit. This full-time role offers hands-on support, staff supervision, and high-quality resident care.

You will manage wound care programs, oversee assessments, care plans, and medication administration while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. Eligible candidates are licensed RNs or LPNs with leadership experience in long-term care.

• Minimum 5 years in long-term care nursing.

What You'll Do?

• Lead daily clinical operations for the nursing unit, supporting staff and ensuring quality care

What you will need:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role
