Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN for an assigned nursing unit in Gardendale, AL. You will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident, family and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading the unit operations, ensuring care delivery aligns with standards and regulations, collaborating with physicians and rehab staff, and managing staffing and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
