CoreCivic is seeking a Unit Manager to supervise the unit's staff and oversee program operations in a secure, institutional setting. You will ensure staffing levels and coordinate with facility leadership to maintain safety and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three years in a criminal justice field with supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of correctional management and regulations are essential.

Qualificações

• Direct supervision of unit staff to perform duties per facility and corporate policy.
• Involves recruiting, hiring and orienting assigned staff.
• Communicate responsibilities and accountability to subordinates clearly.
• Complete written evaluations for staff under direct supervision and approve subordinate evaluations per guidelines.
• Review payroll records and overtime use for subordinates.
