Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise staff assigned to the unit and evaluate as prescribed by policy.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and orienting assigned staff.
• Communicate responsibilities, authorities and accountability to all direct subordinates.
• Complete written evaluations on all staff under direct supervision and review subordinate evaluations.
• Routinely review subordinates’ payroll records and the use of overtime.
