CoreCivic is seeking a Unit Manager to supervise unit staff and oversee the unit program in a secure, institutional setting. The role includes liaison work across the facility, ensuring full staffing and monitoring manpower costs.

The Unit Manager will participate in recruitment, hiring, and orientation, clearly defining responsibilities and accountability. Regular evaluations of staff and payroll oversight are also part of the role, with a focus on remedying deficiencies and ensuring policy

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED certificate or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in a criminal justice field, including two years in a supervisory capacity or two years as a CoreCivic Case Manager or Correctional Counselor.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of correctional facility management, supervision, and training; knowledge of corrections laws, rules and regulations.
