Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure high-quality resident care while controlling overtime.
• Lead by example, promoting compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.

Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
