Job summary

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations and drive clinical excellence in Briarcliff Manor, NY.

This leadership role offers shifts 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, a salary of $110,000–$120,000 annually, generous PTO and comprehensive medical and dental benefits within a supportive, team‑oriented culture. Join our caring team and contribute to quality initiatives and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NY
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a SNF
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
