Momentous Health in Richfield is seeking a Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will assist the D.O.N, oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to policy development in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has long-term care experience, and strong communication skills. A positive team culture and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Mansioni

• Assists the D.O.N with planning, directing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
• Ensures the Nursing Department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop, implement and update department policy and procedures when necessary or as directed.
• Assists with staffing to ensure Resident needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
• Participates in Federal, State and Local agency annual surveys.
• Reviews any deficiencies noted by government agencies during inspections and assists with the implementation of changes needed to correct any deficiencies found.
• Completes annual performance reviews of all subordinate staff.Provides guidance and education to staff in regards to their performance.
• Maintain accuracy of patient records
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely
• Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient
• Assist physicians during rounds
• Provide guidance and training for aides
• Demonstrates proficient nursing skills

Qualifications

• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• High school graduate/GED,
• Long-term care experience, good communication skills
