RegalCare at Glen Ridge invites an experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise nursing staff, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and coordinate care plans while maintaining meticulous documentation and safety standards. A RN or LPN license in New Jersey is required, with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in New Jersey required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or unit management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Compassionate, resident-focused, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Position Summary

RegalCare at Glen Ridge is seeking an experienced and motivated Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our nursing leadership team. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the assigned nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.
