Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license preferred; qualified LPNs will be considered.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Position Overview

River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN), although qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will be considered. The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit while ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support.
