Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Sr Analyst for Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role focuses on supporting accounting objectives, forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, and operational responsibilities for the units served.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in service industry with a system-driven approach to credit control.
• Very good knowledge of Excel is crucial.
• Experience with Oracle System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily credit control procedures to minimize overdue debts.
• Supervise customer accounts to ensure credit control policies are followed.
• Meet targets set out by the Company Plan.
• Process and resolve daily customer accounts queries and issues (invoices/statements).
• Collaborate with relevant departments on credit control activities.
• Post and allocate receipts accurately and timely.
• Balance all accounts monthly.
• Maintain files and documentation to a high standard.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of outstanding debts and report issues to AR Manager.
• Evaluate and enforce credit control policies and procedures.
