Qualifications

3–5 years' experience in service industry with a system driven approach to credit control.
Very good knowledge of Excel is crucial.
Experience with Oracle System is an advantage.
Possess a relevant financial qualification and strong communication skills.
Self-motivated with excellent phone manners.

Responsibilities

To carry out daily credit control procedures ensuring overdue debts are kept to a minimum.
Supervise customer accounts to ensure credit control policies are followed.
Meet all targets set out by the Company Plan and resolve queries.
Post and allocate receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
Balance all accounts monthly and maintain documentation to a high standard.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of outstanding debts and report to AR Manager.
