Responsibilities

• Oversee programs aligned with BGCA philosophy and youth needs.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Develop and manage annual budget and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate health and safety policies and risk management.
• Build community relations and market programs to members and parents.
