Air Combat Command at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina, is seeking a Unit Deployment Manager to ensure personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements. The role plans, organizes, and oversees all unit deployment activities and maintains UTC postures as directed by MAJCOM FAMs using available assets.

The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Unit Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements.
Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level deployment activities. Configures and maintains functional Unit Type Codes (UTCs) as postured by Major Command (MAJCOM) Functional Area Managers (FAM)s using available unit assets. Performs analysis activities. Establishes metric and system analysis systems for unit and higher level management to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
Provides technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit deployment program. Ensures personnel and equipment readiness. Ensures the unit is ready to meet wartime and peacetime mobility taskings by scheduling and tracking unit deployment training.

The posted pay range is $64453 - $83794/yr.

This position requires a Secret security clearance.
