Air Mobility Command is seeking a Unit Deployment Manager to ensure personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements. You will plan, organize, and oversee all unit deployment activities and configure UTCs as directed by MAJCOM FAMs.
You will provide technical guidance to senior leadership, ensure personnel and equipment readiness, and schedule deployment training to meet wartime and peacetime mobility needs.
The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Unit Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements.
Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level deployment activities. Configures and maintains functional Unit Type Codes (UTCs) as postured by Major Command (MAJCOM) Functional Area Managers (FAM)s using available unit assets. Performs analysis activities. Establishes metric and system analysis systems for unit and higher level management to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
Provides technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit deployment program. Ensures personnel and equipment readiness. Ensures the unit is ready to meet wartime and peacetime mobility taskings by scheduling and tracking unit deployment training.

The posted pay range is $68013 – $88421/yr.
This position is eligible for telework.
This position requires a Secret security clearance.
