Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in service industry with a system-driven credit control approach.
• Excellent Excel skills are crucial.
• Experience with Oracle system is advantageous.
• Relevant financial qualification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily credit control procedures to minimize overdue debts.
• Supervise customer accounts to ensure credit policies are followed.
• Meet targets set by the Company Plan.
• Process and resolve daily customer account queries (invoices/statements).
• Collaborate with departments on credit control activities.
• Post and allocate receipts accurately and promptly.
• Balance all accounts monthly.
• Maintain files and documentation to a high standard.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly analyses of outstanding debts and report issues to AR Manager.
• Continuously evaluate and enforce Credit Control policies and procedures.
• Address unresolved issues and perform ad hoc duties as needed.
