Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Unit Coordinator to perform secretarial and environmental activities under the supervision of an RN. The role supports patient flow, chart accuracy, and efficient unit operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining patient charts, operating phone/paging systems, assisting with admission and discharge, coordinating transport of medications, and acting as a preceptor for new staff. Requires High School diploma and CPR certification.
Performs secretarial and environmental activities using current technology under the direction and supervision of RN.
Current CPR certification (BLS-Health Care Provider), required.
Previous health care experience, preferred.
