The role reports to the Director of Behavioral Health Nursing. Required: high school diploma, secretarial/administrative experience, computer/word processing skills, and CPI

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the unit, interacting with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support daily unit operations, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Assist clinical staff with administrative needs to support patient care delivery.
• Ensure clear and timely communication across the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies.

Schedule: Part Time

Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 / Hourly

Shift: Evening shift

Hours: 3pm-11:30pm

What You'll Do
