Be the Person Who Keeps Care Moving.

Are you organized, dependable, and at your best when you’re helping a busy team stay one step ahead?

Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) is looking for a detail-oriented Unit Clerk to become an essential part of our nursing and clinical team. In this role, you won’t simply manage paperwork—you’ll help keep communication flowing, appointments coordinated, records accurate, and our clinical teams prepared to provide exceptional care to our incredible kids.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in keeping things organized, and want a healthcare career where your work has a meaningful impact every day, we want to meet you.

Incredible Kids. Life-Changing Healthcare.

At Pediatric Specialty Care, we provide specialized care for medically fragile and technology-dependent children in a warm, supportive, home-like environment.

Every member of our team contributes to that mission—including the people working behind the scenes to make sure our units operate efficiently.

As a Unit Clerk, you are the organizational heartbeat of the nursing unit.

What You’ll Help Make Happen

Your attention to detail and ability to stay organized will help support:

  • Medical Records: Help maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date resident information.
  • Appointments & Follow-up: Coordinate appointments, transportation details, and necessary documentation.
  • Nursing Team Support: Help ensure supplies, paperwork, and essential information are ready when our clinical teams need them.
  • Admissions & Discharges: Support smooth transitions by helping coordinate documentation and census updates.
  • Communication: Serve as an important connection point between nursing, clinical teams, families, and other departments.
  • Daily Unit Operations: Help keep the nursing unit organized, responsive, and moving forward throughout the day.
Why Build Your Career at PSC?

At PSC, your role has purpose. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Make a meaningful impact in pediatric healthcare
  • Work alongside dedicated nurses, clinicians, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Join a stable, team-oriented healthcare environment
  • Develop valuable healthcare administrative experience
  • Build skills that can support your continued career growth
  • Be part of a mission focused on helping incredible children reach their fullest potential
You Could Be a Great Fit If You Are:

Organized. Dependable. Detail-oriented. A strong communicator. Comfortable multitasking. Calm under pressure. And, most importantly, motivated by work that matters.

You don’t have to provide direct clinical care to make a difference in a child’s healthcare journey.

Sometimes the person keeping everything organized is the person helping everyone else provide their best care.

Ready to Bring Your Skills to a Team That Changes Lives?

Incredible Kids. Life-Changing Healthcare.
