The Nursing Resource Pool offers increased scheduling flexibility while allowing staff to float only within Trinity Health Ann Arbor. We support our employees with focused orientation and training on equipment, processes, and procedures, making our float pools reliable resources that help maintain manageable patient ratios. Float Pool PCTs are highly valued team members at Trinity Health Ann Arbor.
Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, provides support to patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units. Facilitates efficient patient throughput, including admissions, discharges, and transfers. Supports patient experience and safety goals through equipment maintenance, supplies management, and maintaining a positive unit environment. Provides reception services to patients, families, visitors, and guests.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Three to six months of related experience preferred; customer service, retail, or clerical experience is a plus.
