The Nursing Resource Pool offers you increased flexibility in your scheduling, while allowing you to float only at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. We support our employees with a focused orientation and training about our equipment, processes, and procedures. This makes our float pools a reliable resource for our units, which means more manageable patient ratios. Under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Manager, provides support for patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units. Facilitates efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges, and transfers. Supports patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance, and overall environment of care. Provides reception-type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests.
Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Three to six months of previous related experience preferred, including customer service, retail, or clerical experience.
