Ashtabula Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Unit Clerk/Nursing Assistant (UC/NA) in our Administrative division to support patient care in the new tower. The role combines clerical duties with hands-on patient care, including assisting licensed staff and ensuring a well-organized nurse’s station.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• BLS certification required or obtained during orientation.
• 1+ year of direct customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Unit Clerk tasks: manage communications and maintain organized nurse's station.
• Nursing Assistant duties: assist with ADLs, vitals, feeding, bathing, dressing.
• Provide compassionate patient care under licensed staff.
