The position emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and a patient-centered approach, with required BLS certification and a 0.9 FTE schedule on evenings, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; BLS certification required or can be obtained during orientation.
• Experience with direct customer service preferred; strong communication and organizational skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Act as unit communicator and information hub, manage clerical tasks, and maintain an organized nurse's station.
• Provide patient care support under licensed staff guidance, including ADLs, vitals, feeding, bathing, dressing, and mouth care.
