Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Unit Clerk for a full-time Day Shift role in Maryland. You will manage medical records, assist with scheduling, and warmly welcome residents, families, and staff while maintaining privacy and security of patient information.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred computer skills, with prior healthcare/clerical experience valued. Weekend coverage is involved, supporting ongoing resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare/clerical experience required.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• High degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Greet patients’ family/ visitors/ staff with friendly attitude and helping hand.
• Answer phones/ schedule appointments.
• Follow security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential.
• Assist with facilitating admission/discharge planning as needed.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
