Complete Care Management in Maryland is seeking a Unit Clerk to support our health-care focused facility on the day shift. The role involves maintaining medical records, coordinating appointments, greeting residents and families, answering phones, and ensuring patient information remains confidential.

The ideal candidate has healthcare/clerical experience and can work independently as part of a compassionate team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior healthcare and clerical experience is required or preferred.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain medical records in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Greet patients, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Protect patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with admission and discharge planning as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
