Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a nursing assistant to provide safe, patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse. You will participate actively as a team member on the assigned unit and contribute to a culture of Service Excellence for all customers.

The role emphasizes adherence to facility policies and standards, and requires completion of a CNA or MA program, current enrollment in a nursing degree, or equivalent certification, with BLS on hire and a minimum age of 18.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience in an acute care setting.
• High School diploma, GED or Higher Education preferred.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must possess one of the following: CNA certificate and/or a certificate of completion of a CNA program and/or PCT certificate; Medical Assistant certificate and/or a certificate of a MA program; Current enrollment in an LVN, ADN or BSN accredited school of nursing with successful Completion of first semester at a minimum.
