Responsabilités

• Communicates with other departments to coordinate care.
• Performs clerical duties: ordering supplies, answering phones, delivering messages, making charts, coordinating and organizing transfer paperwork, and more.
• Supports patient care by scheduling appointments, calling providers, and assisting with prior authorizations.
• Answers call bells and coordinates bed assignments with Charge nurses.
