Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking a dedicated Unit Clerk for a full-time day shift. You will maintain medical records, schedule appointments, greet visitors, answer phones, and protect patient information in a secure environment.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work independently or with others, and communicate effectively. Computer knowledge is preferred and prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare/clerical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Greet patients' family/ visitors/ staff with a friendly attitude and helping hand.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Follow security measures to keep patients' information safe and confidential.
• Assist with admission/discharge planning as needed.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
