Job summary

St. Martha Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a dedicated Unit Clerk to support nursing staff and residents. This role is on-site and full-time, offering a collaborative team environment.

You will handle calls, manage resident charts, coordinate appointments, and maintain rosters to ensure smooth daily operations within the unit.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, page calls, deliver messages to residents and staff as needed.
• Forward completed charts of discharged residents to medical records.
• Keep nursing personnel informed of residents' appointments.
• Maintain an up-to-date roster of residents for the assigned unit.
• Thin resident records as needed and file forms in extended charts.
