Modine is seeking a skilled assembler to join our team in assembling units per dimensional drawings, safety standards, and quality methods. You will read drawings, operate tools, and move between stations to perform A-Coil and sub-assembly work, while recording processes and reporting any issues.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and consistent attendance, with a strong focus on safety and PPE use. Training and continuous development are provided in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, team oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required.

Position Description

Position Description: Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble Units in compliance to dimensional drawing, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requires reading of provided drawings.
• Utilizing various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, wrenches, etc.
• Move around to several work stations
• A-Coil Assembly
• Sub-assembly mating
• Recognition and reporting of errant parts.
• Recording completed processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required
