Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our coil manufacturing team. You will assemble coils per dimensional drawings, follow safety requirements, and apply quality methods to ensure product integrity.
The role requires reading blueprints, performing arithmetic, setting up equipment, and using sheet metal tooling. You may train new staff and must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Perform various tasks per group leader instructions, to assemble coils in compliance to dimensional drawings, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.
This position requires the ability to operate equipment, setup equipment, identify and locate required tooling and ensure that all work is correct. This position also requires the ability to make arithmetic calculations, read blue prints, understand a bill of material and use measuring devices. Ability to use equipment, this would include any equipment in assigned area, such as impact guns, pop-rivet guns and any other related equipment necessary to the position. Operators will be required to pull parts for next order, set up sheet metal, install fins and lace tubes per the drawing. This position will assist in training personnel when required.
