Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, MS is seeking an assembly technician who will read drawings, assemble units, and move between workstations while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will perform casing/frame and A-Coil assembly, route wiring, and conduct sub-assembly mating with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, recognizing errant parts, and using tools like pneumatic impact wrenches.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, able to adapt to change and work well in a team.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs; consistent attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required.
• Ability to read dimensional drawings and follow procedures.

Position Description

Position Description: Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble Units in compliance to dimensional drawing, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requires reading of provided drawings.
• Utilizing various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, wrenches, etc.
• Move around to several work stations
• Casing/ Frame assembly
• A-Coil Assembly
• Routing wiring
• Sub-assembly mating
• Recognition and reporting of errant parts.
• Recording completed processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required
