Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is hiring to assemble units per group leader instructions, ensuring dimensional accuracy and safety compliance. You will move across stations, perform frame and coil assembly, route wiring, and document completed steps with attention to quality standards.

Requires reading drawings, using hand tools and PPE, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team-oriented environment. Training and safety are priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, able to adapt to change, team oriented and show initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude required.
• Must use all assigned PPE.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings provided for assembly guidance.
• Move between multiple work stations and assemble components.
• Perform casing/frame assembly and A-Coil assembly.
• Route wiring and complete sub-assembly mating.
• Quality check and report errant parts; record completed processes.

Position Description

Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble Units in compliance to dimensional drawing, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Requires reading of provided drawings.
• Utilizing various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, wrenches, etc.
• Move around to several work stations
• Casing/ Frame assembly
• A-Coil Assembly
• Routing wiring
• Sub-assembly mating
• Recognition and reporting of errant parts.
• Recording completed processes

Required Qualifications

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required
