Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Unit Associate for evenings: 3p-11p, full-time 40 hours, five days a week with every-other weekend. You will stock Pyxis and supply carts, check expiration dates, ensure patient rooms and supply rooms stay stocked, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with nurses and the unit coordinator to support safe patient care.

• General office, communication equipment, cleaning equipment, knowledge of keyboarding and basic Windows applications.

Shift: Full Time/ 40hours/ Evenings- Shift 3p-11p 5 days a week every other weekend.

The Unit Associate is responsible for a wide variety of tasks that help to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients. This is a fast-paced position where the associate will be required to work in collaboration with Nurses and the Unit Coordinator. Daily tasks include, stocking items to Pyxis and supply carts, monitoring expiration dates on items, ensuring that patient rooms are properly stocked with supplies and linens, restocking supply rooms, maintaining a clean work environment and other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.07/hour - Maximum 19.81/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
