Job summary

Altec in Duluth, MN is seeking energetic associates to install unit vehicle components and accessories, read schematics and work orders, and test installed systems.

You will use basic hand tools, learn and operate equipment in the cell, perform rework, and support APS initiatives while adhering to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend.
  • Basic computer usage.
  • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and schematics.

Pay Transparency

Pay range: $22.17 to $24.56/hour + $1.50 shift differential. We are committed to fair and competitive pay for all associates based on their experience, education, and qualifications.


Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
