Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate in Deer Park, NY. You will operate a stand-up forklift, pick/pack orders, and use RF devices to scan and sort items while maintaining accurate inventory. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The pay rate is $20 hourly with a Monday–Friday 5:00PM–1:00AM schedule. Pre-employment screenings apply; health insurance and PTO are offered by Ferguson.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0–5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast-paced, changing environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements.
