Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate in Bayport, NY to safely pull and prepare outbound orders, operate a stand-up forklift, and stock materials for efficient warehouse flow. You will use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to PPE requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0-5 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• 0-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain clean workspace and follow safety regulations including PPE usage.
• Wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
