Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7am to 4pm, with pay starting at $19 per hour. You will operate a stand‑up forklift, pull and prepare orders, and use RF devices to track inventory.

Qualifications include 1–5 years warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A strong work ethic and safety focus are required, with pre-employment screening as part of our program.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and adhere to safety regulations including PPE.
