Ferguson in Minnesota, Duluth is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate to join our team and support outbound orders with forklift operation and RF scanning. The role offers a consistent M-F schedule (8:30am-5:00pm) with overtime as needed, and a path to grow within a Fortune 500 company known for training and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 0-5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Fast-paced environment tolerance.
• Positive demeanor, dependable and hardworking.
• Self-starter with quick system learning.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Focus on improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
